This page is only for golfers who have already submitted a tee time cancellation or player reduction request.
This page cannot be used to cancel a tee time, reduce the number of players or add players to an existing reservation.
Requests submitted within 24 hours of the scheduled tee time are eligible for rain checks only. Refunds will not be issued for requests made within that 24-hour period.
Eligible refunds for requests submitted outside the 24-hour period are typically processed within 5–7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Depending on credit card processing and settlement times, refunds may take up to 14 business days.
Please allow the applicable processing time before requesting a status update. If that time has passed, email our tee time team below.
